"Join the tennis inspired workout that combines music, fun and fitness"

Cardio Tennis is a fitness program designed to help people reach their fitness goals and improve their cardio through fun and engaging tennis activities. All sessions are delivered with high energy music and pedometers to set a motivating atmosphere and to help players track their fitness goals. In a typical session, participants will start off with a fun warm-up before moving on to tennis related cardio drills and games with intermittent cardio bursts before finally finishing up with a cool down.

At Blacktown Tennis Academy we deliver a Cardio Tennis program that's inclusive of all levels, no matter your experience. It's suitable and flexible for all ages and helps participants develop tennis skills, movements patterns, game tactics and fine motor skills. Participants will also enhance other fitness components such as agility, speed, endurance, coordination, anaerobic fitness, balance, power, flexibility and more. Additionally, participants will develop personal skills such as team work, decision making, problem solving, communication and persistence. Tuesdays - 9:30am-10:30am (Women's)

Thursdays - 9:30am-10:30am (Men and Women's mixed)

Fridays - 6:30pm-7:30pm (Men and Womens mixed)

Saturdays - 8:00am-9:00am (Men and Women's mixed)

Cost: $25.00 per session (Term based: 10-weeks)
