Q) Where are you located?

Q) What days are the Academy open?

Currently Monday-Saturday from 4:00pm-8:00pm.

Q) Do you offer make-up lessons for missed lessons?

No, make-up lessons/credits are only offered when there is a extreme weather cancellation (i.e. rain or extreme heat).

Q) What if it rains?

You will receive a SMS message confirming cancellation due to weather conditions. A credit for the following term may be issued or a make-up lesson may be offered (depending on availability).

Q) Do you offer a free trial lesson?

Yes, we offer 1x FREE trial lesson for all new participants interested in kids group tennis lessons.

Q) Do you accept Active Kids Vouchers?

Yes, we are an approved Active Kids Provider.

Q) How are the lesson fees paid?

We accept payments for lesson fees via bank transfer (details available on invoice). All term fees are paid upfront, prices are pro-rated and calculated according outstanding weeks of the term.

Q) How do I enrol in a class?

Q) What if I don't have a racquet?

We have racquets available to use if needed for both adult and children lessons.
